Wallet and sign-in
Your wallet address is your account. Signing in costs no gas and approves nothing.
Your wallet is your account
Ore Compute has no passwords. You sign in with an EVM wallet such as a browser extension. The site asks your wallet to sign a standard sign-in message (EIP-4361) that contains a single-use code valid for five minutes.
- Signing costs no gas.
- It does not approve any token or move any funds.
- Each sign-in message can be used once.
Which wallet to use
Use a wallet you control and can use on Robinhood Chain Mainnet (chain 4663), because rewards are claimed there. Rewards are paid to the signed-in wallet. Contract wallets that support standard message signatures also work.
Keys never leave your wallet
The GPU machine never needs your wallet key or seed phrase. It holds only a worker token that you approve in the browser. You can revoke it at any time by removing the worker.
Sessions
A session lasts seven days or until you sign out. Sign out from the top bar or from Settings.
