Claiming rewards
When rewards become claimable, the minimum claim, and how to verify the root yourself.
When rewards become claimable
There is no claim schedule. Your balance grows every ten minutes while you mine: each ten-minute window gets its share of the day's reward, split by the accepted work in it, and is credited a few minutes after the window ends (so proofs still in flight are counted). As soon as your balance reaches the minimum claim, you can claim it.
Your balance keeps adding up across days and seasons. It never expires.
Minimum claim
A claim must be at least the vault's minimum claim, currently 100 reward tokens. The Claim button is always available: if your balance is below the minimum, it tells you how much more you need instead of sending a transaction. The owner can change it within a limit fixed in the vault contract (at most 1,000 tokens).
How to claim
- Open Rewards and sign in with the reward wallet.
- Check Claimable now: everything you have earned minus what you already claimed.
- Choose Claim. The server signs a claim voucher for your total earned so far, valid for ten minutes, and your wallet sends it to the vault. You pay a small ETH gas fee on Robinhood Chain.
- The vault checks the voucher and pays you in the same transaction. The claim appears in your history with its transaction.
Daily claim limit
The vault pays out at most a fixed amount per UTC day across all miners (currently 20,000 tokens). If today's limit is used up, claims resume after 00:00 UTC; your balance is safe and keeps growing. The remaining limit for today is shown on the Rewards page.
The vault's guarantees and limits
- A wallet is never paid more than the total in a voucher signed by the vault's signer key, and never paid the same tokens twice.
- Total payouts per UTC day are capped by the contract, which limits the damage if the signer key were ever misused.
- Pause stops claims but cannot move funds. The owner can also pause claim signing on the server.
- A wallet with an open abuse flag cannot claim until the flag is reviewed.
- The owner is currently a single operator wallet, not a multisig. It controls funding, the minimum claim, the daily limit, the signer, pausing, and withdrawing tokens from the vault. The vault does not reserve tokens for unclaimed balances, so unclaimed rewards depend on the owner keeping the vault funded. If ownership moves to a multisig, that change is public on chain and is announced here.
Check the numbers
Your balance is calculated by the server from your accepted proofs. Each day's ORE is then minted on Robinhood Chain Testnet, and your reward equals your season ORE times the season's fixed rate, so anyone can check totals against the chain after each day closes.
