Terms of Use

The rules for using Ore Compute.

Last updated November 7, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Ore Compute website, app, worker software, AI service and API. By using them you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Risk Disclosure.

The service

Ore Compute lets you run worker software on your own or rented GPU hardware to produce verifiable matrix-computation proofs, records accepted work as ORE on Robinhood Chain Testnet, and lets you claim rewards on Robinhood Chain Mainnet from the reward vault. It also offers an AI Playground, an API and prepaid credits.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use services like this one under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for complying with those laws, including any rules about digital assets and taxes.

ORE

ORE is a non-transferable record of mining activity. It has no market value, cannot be transferred or sold, and is not a payment, security or claim on any asset. It is used only to measure your share of a season.

Season rewards

Each season's reward token, pool and fixed rate are published before the season starts and do not change during it. Rewards are paid only from tokens in the reward vault and only to the wallet that earned them. Your balance is credited every ten minutes while you mine and does not expire. A claim must reach the vault's minimum claim and fit within the vault's daily payout limit.

Mining costs such as electricity or GPU rental are your responsibility. Your rewards depend on your share of the season's mining, reward tokens are volatile and can lose their value, and earnings are not guaranteed. ORE has no market value and cannot be transferred.

The reward token and pool can change each season. They are announced before that season starts and do not change during it.

Ore Compute may exclude work or wallets that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including work from wallets flagged for abuse after review.

Your wallet and keys

You keep sole control of your wallet. Ore Compute never asks for your private key or seed phrase and cannot recover them. Never enter them into the worker or this site.

Worker software

The worker is provided under the MIT License. You run it at your own risk on hardware you are allowed to use. Each machine must pass its own self-test; Ore Compute does not guarantee that any hardware will work.

AI service and credits

AI requests are processed by a third-party model provider and the model's publisher, not by miners. Do not send personal data you do not want sent to them.

Credits are prepaid units for AI usage. 1 credit equals $0.01. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for ORE, reward tokens or cash, except that unused credits are refundable on request, less network fees. Credit revenue is not a promised source of mining rewards.

Availability and changes

The service may change, pause or end. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

No warranty

The service, worker software and contracts are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The smart contracts have not been audited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ore Compute is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, hardware damage, electricity or rental costs, gas fees, or changes in token value.

Non-affiliation

Ore Compute is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood, NVIDIA, OpenRouter, Pearl Research Labs, any reward token project, or any model publisher. Names identify their owners. Listing or selecting a token is not an endorsement.
