What happens next
- The token with the most voting power wins. Ties go to the token with higher verified liquidity.
- If the winner stops passing the checks, the admin picks from the remaining shortlist and records why.
- Before Season 2 starts, its token, verified address, pool, rate and funding plan are published. They do not change during the season.
- The treasury buys the pool only after the winner is public, and every purchase transaction is published.
